Consultancy is always provided on an individual tailored basis – general advice is available on this website and elsewhere, but work for our clients is (and can only be) based on an individual ‘regulatory risk assessment’
Whether working to a set ‘package’ such as a compliance assessment or response to a draft inspection report, or working on selected areas of concern, the regulatory history as evidenced in previous inspection reports is always taken into account in the advice and support offered on the current issues for the provider.
The consultancy offered is also responsive to the ever-changing inspection methodology of the Care Quality Commission, and is also informed by on-going research on the outcomes of CQC inspections in practice
Your contract can be kept open to enable flexible advice on a periodic basis on action plans, provider information returns, changes to policies and audits, etc
